Cooled delivery & freshness:
I offer a free local delivery service in Henley-on-Thames on Fridays between 9am and 3pm. Please ensure that you are on-hand to receive your goodies as they will need to be refrigerated.
How to store:
I use no artificial additives or preservatives in my cakes and because I like to add coconut oil for a nutritional boost, they will soften at room temperature. Please keep them refrigerated in an airtight container at all times. Please consume carrot cake and cheesecake within 4 days and the chocolate orange cake within one week. Cakes can also be frozen for up to six weeks in an airtight container and then taken out and refrigerated for 90 minutes before eating.
