​Shopping Information

You can order products displayed on this website by Ordering online on this website. If you have placed your order on-line, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. Receipt of an automatic confirmation does not however mean that we will necessarily be able to meet your order.

Availability

If your item is not in stock, we will make it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait. Quantities may be limited. We may, at our own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased if your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock shortages, product difficulties, supplier problems or other reasons. Notification will be sent to the e-mail and/or the customer address you provide should such a change occur. We reserve the right to limit quantities of items sold, including the right to limit or prohibit sales to any customer at our discretion and without explanation.

Payment

All prices are in GBP (British pounds). Shipping is charged at  £3.35 per order for delivery within the UK and is delivered by Post Office first class post.

Credit Card Security

If you opt to pay online by credit or debit card you will be passed to Paypal.  PayPal is a safe, fast, secure way to pay online – your financial details are never shared.

I only accept cash on deliery payments when the order is hand delivered. (Central Henley-on-Thames only!)

Complaints

We normally expect to acknowledge and deal with a complaint within 5 working days. During busy periods we may take longer. All complaints are handled fairly, confidentially and effectively.
