Cooled delivery & freshness:
I offer a free local delivery service in Henley-on-Thames on Fridays between 9am and 3pm. Please ensure that you are on-hand to receive your goodies as they will need to be refrigerated.
How to store:
I use no artificial additives or preservatives in my truffles and because I like to add coconut oil for a nutritional boost, they will melt at room temperature. Please keep the truffles refrigerated in an airtight container at all times and consume within three weeks. Alternatively, the truffles can be frozen for up to six weeks in an airtight container and then taken out and refrigerated for 30 minutes before eating. If you can’t wait that long, they can be enjoyed straight from the freezer!
